At No Bull Accessories, we want you to be happy with your Sungrabba Dash Mat. If you need to return or exchange your dash mat, please see the conditions below.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The dash mat must be in new and unused condition.
- The product must not have been damaged, altered, installed incorrectly or modified.
- The product must be returned with all original components and packaging where applicable.
- Proof of purchase may be required.
Incorrectly Listed or Supplied Items
If the dash mat was incorrectly listed, supplied or does not match the vehicle application advertised, No Bull Accessories will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will arrange a replacement, exchange or refund as appropriate.
Change of Mind Returns
Change of mind returns are accepted within the 30-day return period, provided the dash mat is returned in new and unused condition.
A $15 return handling/shipping fee will be deducted from the refund to cover the cost associated with processing the return.
The customer is responsible for returning the item to No Bull Accessories unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days of the returned product being received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that the time for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Vehicle Damage
No Bull Accessories does not cover any costs associated with vehicle damage, including but not limited to damage caused during installation, removal, fitting or use of a dash mat.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the dash mat is suitable for their vehicle and is correctly positioned and installed before use.
Returns After 30 Days
Returns for a refund or change of mind are not accepted after 30 days from the original purchase date.
After the 30-day return period has expired, products are covered by the applicable Sungrabba 10-Year Warranty only.
Warranty claims will be assessed in accordance with the terms of the warranty. A warranty claim does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.
Warranty
Sungrabba Dash Mats are covered by a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects and faults occurring under normal use.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, incorrect installation, modification, accidents, vehicle damage, excessive wear and tear or other damage outside normal product use.
No Bull Accessories reserves the right to inspect the product before determining whether a warranty claim is valid.
